When do I need to verify my account?
When you wish to withdraw any winnings from your account you will need to verify your account.
This is important as we need to confirm your identity in order to minimise the risk of fraud or dishonest behaviour. We recommend all players verify their account.
How Do I Verify My Account?
Did you deposit with a credit card?
Verify your account by sending us the following documents, sent in colour and high resolution, for verification:
- Front and back copies of your Photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License)
- Proof of address document, issued to you in the last 2 months (e.g. Utility bill, Bank statement)
- Front and back copies of all the cards used to fund the account (sensitive parts may be blocked out)
- The Card Authorization Form: find it here.
Please print the Card Authorization Form, fill it and sign it by hand. Afterwards you can either scan it or take a picture of it. Alternatively you can sign it digitally.
Please write the following in the email subject: The name of the casino, your username and the words “Account Verification”.
